Mapping out-of-bounds TEROS data

@stephpenn1 Does this work as a way to display locations of out-of-bounds TEROS sensors? Feedback welcome, but if yes, I'll follow a similar approach for sapflow, Aquatroll, and battery data. Thanks.

Note it pulls from the same data as the home tab badges, so they should always be consistent. Also I shifted to radio buttons up top, as plotting multiple datasets on top of each other would be too much of a hassle and probably unreadable.
