Interesting for manuscript, as well as package and robustness of the science* would be to test the sensitivity of P and k to:
1) starting P value 2) dropping one timepoint (first and last, and perhaps at random) 3) the optimization function used
*would be very interesting to know if any of these addressed the remaining 5 samples with bad AP_pred fits
