error: NA's in study labels #57

In the chunk "Supplement_-P_duration_plot", starting on line 590, after making a subset of the data, an error occurs when running this subset through the model. "NA's in study labels".

See chunk "irrigation:, starting on line 406 for a working example.

Hi @kendalynnm -

In your working example, the rma.mv call includes slab = Ecosystem_type (line 423). If you add that here, it will work.

Not a very clear error message though!
