I added two graphs to the Rmarkdown and have created a bug I am hoping you can troubleshoot. The code runs fine, but won't knit. None of the usual fixes (restarting R, clearing environment and running all chunks from the top). It's the chunk that makes up lines 358-379 in the most recent commit:
