Disable MuMIn version check, uncomment code #70

Hi @kendalynnm -

Re #69 , it knits fine for me. 🤷 In fact, it knits fine with my MuMIn version 1.46.0 so I disabled the stop() check in line 40; is that OK?

Also added a reminder note in line 42 about how to install dmetar.
