Remove GCReW VPD #174

I just realized you shouldn't use the VPD variable either from the GCREW Met Station. VPD is calculated using the variable CleanRH, which right now actually doesn't have any code going into it (which is why CleanRH is always 0). The code corresponding to CleanRH has been commented out
