Services to be integrated.

[ ] User Management Service.
[ ] FRAC Service.
[ ] Notification Service.
[ ] SunbirdRC (for creating credentials.)
[ ] Passbook Service.

API contracts needed from Tarento, waiting for the API contracts from Tarento. APIs required for User management and FRAC. The APIs are probaly shared already, Vamshi will update the ticket post checking

User Org APIs - shared. FRAC Service - not shared.

In user org - we need an API to fetch all users details. Currently only 1 user details can be fetched given we have User ID- Karan
