When I go to the 3CP portal and look to add a new course, get the below error

This happens when the course image file size is too large
Made change in the backend to increase file size (limit of 1MB increased to 6MB)
Add error message in front end (error message should say "Error - image file size should be less than 6MB, please re-upload")
