I have tested the map compass in a random venue and it works very well! Somethings: The idea of visualizing the route is good. And this tool also successfully shows the route of operation. This is really cool.

Would you be able to attach the OSM file you used so I can try to identify the cause of the problem encountered above? As I am keen to resolve this before the final release.
