Error while typing `antares init -c <country>` #47

When executing antares init -c guy blz command, the following error occurs: zipfile.BadZipFile: File is not a zip file . Apparently the zip file is not being downloaded correctly.

The command works again without any modification. I turned off the cluster and tried it again in the morning and it worked. Maybe it was something related to maintenance of the country shapefiles download server. Same situation with the request of landsat 8 scenes for Caribbean countries.
