Rebuild docker image for kale and tensorflow

First test using kale from cmd line was successfull with Docker image. But using jupyter extension wasn't. Possibly is related to running jupyter lab as user distinct to root.

Follow:

kubeflow custom notebook

kale Dockerfile

to build:

Docker image

Is not related to root... wasn't sucessful the compile and save functionality of Kale

Error is related as some configurations in kale jupyterlab extension. Now is possible to compile and save using button of this extension and Dockerfile
