To enable the work of the HED tag validation Working Group, Using a combination of the Issue Tracker, EEG Browser, and other database features, Enable (authorized) users to validate or flag HED tags, and perhaps follow up with comments for resolution.

Updating this issue to a Design step -- since it will require review/input from Steering committee also in January 2024. to be followed in the roadmap by an Implementation card (january-february 2024)
