Channels- highlighting one at a time #84

from Technical Committee meeting Dec. 14 - now that we are displaying 30+ channels at a go -- it would be useful for mouseover in the signal plot to:

[ ] highlight a channel signal so the eyes can follow it easily
[ ] highlight/bold its name in the list of channels on left(?) side
[?] print the voltage value at that point in time (though this should probably go below the plot near the bottom time axis)
