Metachunk format update #17

This PR includes the following changes

Adjustment of HashMetaField format, added globalID vector after fingers. This allows globalID to deviate from the fixed order of their hash values
With the first change, we do not depends on a dimension file to build cube.
DataWriter Abstraction: data writer processes a set of tuples to generate a cube. MetaChunk is moved to the back of cublet.

we have consistent result for current testing queries.
