update CSV loader test #39

  1. removed main()
  2. move test file under resources

Hi qlinsey ! Thanks for your PR. The code you modified is the old test part. Actually, we are refactoring these part of code. And we are writing a set of standard for testing, including log part, code pattern and design of marginal conditions. We will release it soon. Thus, you can check other source code first.
