Persistent cohort result format update #92

This branch is used for the development of a new cohort result format:

interface with the new cohort processor and its in-memory result format #72
cublet-wise cohort description to address the removal of global id at cube level #75
used for development to enable cohort processing with an input cohort (thus funnel analysis)
used for cohort export (create a new cube of a cohort from the original cube)

I will push the initial commits here in the next two days
