5 years ago As we discussed, after looking at the formatting of many differently typeset PDFs, it will be very difficult to find a good way to do this. For screen display, the links will be active, so page numbering is not needed. For the printed version of the thesis, coloured paper can be used as a separating page between the papers to facilitate browsing.
