Some experiments

New cuda-kernels (speedup for some instances)
Adds support for larger vectors (in cuda code)
Fixes some minor issues
Adds more error checking for cuda calls
Some reduction in gpu memory usage
Fixes problem with cuda 12.4
Makes the code compile on windows with msvc
