What are the requirements of this function?

The purpose of this is to help frame and direct development.

Example 2: "Put an item on sale" What are the requirments? Word Documents, Wireframs, Visio,etc.

CVR has a google doc that I will start fleshing out and extending. Please reference it as our starting point for this issue. It is currently named, "POS Spec Sheet". I am going to create a copy and rename it, "CORE: POS Functionality & Requirements Matrix".
