Enhance voting and favourites use cases, add check to prevent multiple instances being added

Visiting South Africa a tourist would not know what a Bunny Chow is, let alone what it pairs well with. They would pull out their phone, snap a picture of their meal and Harmony would show them the best possible drink pairings.

When a user upvotes/downvotes or adds to favourites, a check should be implemented that prevents more than one upvote/downvote/favourite of the same pairing being added
