Visiting South Africa a tourist would not know what a Bunny Chow is, let alone what it pairs well with. They would pull out their phone, snap a picture of their meal and Harmony would show them the best possible drink pairings.

Enhance voting use case, check for checked or unchecked requests passed in #128
If for example, Upvotes is passed in, we need to increment the upvotes of the pairing by 1, but also the downvotes of the pairing should be decreased if it has been already increased.
Another check is that if the upvote is passed in as unchecked, in the user database the upvote should be removed with out adding any additional downvote
