Description

Fixed some bugs and added loading screens

Changes Made

-Vulnerabilities are matched on IP's and ports before the name is compared. -Removed ability to add duplicates to final report in conflict resolution. -Report type is shown on conflicts.

-Only display first 4 vulnerabilities on report preview. -Fixed adding more than 2 report bug after refresh.

There appears to be a bug, when you submit without selecting anything it simply loads forever. Otherwise looks good. I like the the loading screen.
