Design database table for storing tickets

We need a table for storing the tickets created by users of the system. Some initial thoughts about what attributes are important:

• User that created the ticket
• The status of the ticket (enum with TBD variants)
• The dispute the ticket is filed in relation to
• A subject to describe what the ticket is about
• A body attribute to store the initial message of the ticket
• The date the ticket was created
