The fault image should be bigger, i would also like to see new photos of the fault if there are any.

Map can definitely be smaller in this view, although very cool.

Have a gallery of images in chronological order. Map and image gallery should change places on form. Or maybe to view map you click on a map icon. When first open a ticket the image should be in expanded view, this can be replaced with comments if the user clicks on comments. They should be able to see all images.
