Objective

Create a new API endpoint that allows users to delete their account and all associated data.

Tasks

[x] Create a new endpoint for account deletion (e.g., DELETE /api/users/:userId)
[x] Ensure all user data (issues, comments, reactions, notifications, files, organizations ) are deleted as well
[x] Add proper authentication and authorization checks
[x] Update relevant database schemas if necessary

Acceptance Criteria

The API successfully deletes all user data when called
Proper error handling and status codes are implemented
The endpoint is secure and only accessible by the account owner
All associated user data (issues, comments, etc.) is properly handled
