Objective

Implement the frontend functionality for users to create and register new organizations.

Tasks

Design and implement a frontend form for organization creation
Add client-side validation for organization details
Implement UI for setting initial join_policy during creation
Create success and error message displays
Implement redirect logic after successful organization creation

Acceptance Criteria

Users can access and fill out the organization creation form
Client-side validation checks all required fields, including username uniqueness
Users can select the initial join_policy for their organization
Appropriate success/error messages are displayed to the user
Upon successful creation, user is redirected to the new organization's page or dashboard
