Performance:

Reduced the number of fetches when creating an issue by 6
Reduced the number of fetches when clustering an issue by 5
Moved embeddings to a separate table to reduce issue size from ~20K to ~1KB
Made removing an issue from a cluster after deleting asynchronous

Bugs:

Fixed bug where scrolling too fast would break lazy list
- uniqueId is now required and must be globally unique
Restored caching on the home page
- It was broken because location was re-fetched each time the user navigates to the home page. Location is now remembered
Fixed bug where scroll restoration would be slightly off
- This was due to the layout shifting from mobile to desktop. I made desktop the default since it's what we mostly use
