This is a list of minor fixes and improvements that can be made to the UI:

[x] The user's default location shouldn't be removed after the post an issue
[x] In the modal showing issues in a cluster, the cluster icon should be hidden
[x] In dark mode, the organizations page goes to light mode after reloading
[x] Disable password autocomplete on the signup page
[x] Use ReactQuery on the leaderboard page so it's cached
[x] Restore the user's filter on the home page when they navigate away and back
