devon-Resource page #188

I made a resource page and a test for it. This is to give helpful interview links for questions and answers. Also made sure to do this with job security tips. In the future Id like to have it update said links and descriptions from the firebase. But for time sake I shall leave it at this. Last bit that will need to be done will be the css side of the page.

The only thing that jumps out to me as something worth changing is the route name, I don't think /resource-page matches our style, could we change that to just /resources?

I should be able to change it without too much of an issue
