Goal of this issue is to modernize the layout of the conversations page. The following are issues that will be solved/updated in this issue:

[x] Re-style the conversations layout to use grid-flex combination v.s. purely flex only.

[ ] Implement Message Input and Send Component
[ ] Integrate updated Chat Bubble into Page.
