This branch has removed the cluster manager from this repo and added an external dependency to https://github.com/ssardina-teaching/cluster-manager as described in issue https://github.com/ssardina-teaching/cluster-manager/issues/2.
No further changes to the cluster manager have been made at this point. There will be a requirement to address the issues raised in https://github.com/COSC1127/pacman-contest-cluster/issues/117 and https://github.com/ssardina-teaching/cluster-manager/issues/4 later which will involve changes to this repo.
