Remove unused options #88

We should remove:

[x] --compress-logs: we should always compress
[x] --team-names-file : no need, just use whatever the submission folders are and do the mapping outside (sheeet)
[x] --allow-non-registered-students: if they are in the team-root, they compete.
[x] --stats-archive-dir, --replays-archive-dir, --logs-archive-dir: just fix them inside www/

We may want to use another CSV with which teams to compete and use whether they have been updated or not, as in issue #70
