Displaying post on landing page

As a fellow web surfer, I want to be able to see all submitted images on the landing page so that I can view cool images.

Acceptance Criteria:

• When a user loads the home page a list of images are displayed in a vertical column in the middle of the screen (if they are present in the API).
• When a user hovers over one of the images the alt text displayed should be the post title.
• When the user first loads the web page a loading indicator is displayed until a response from the web API is returned.
