Fix Major Front-end Issues that failed validation testing:

Rating was not submitted to back-end
Average rating was not updated after rating submission
Caption creation was not what the team discussed in meetings. (Fixed)
Captions now reload after submission.
Fixed posts list view formatting.

ETC.

The front end team really needs to do a better job to make sure the acceptance criteria is done for their tickets before merging.
