add: Created the Sign Up Page layout
Created the Create Profile Page (in progress)
change: New pages route to the respective path but no verification is in place. It is not connected to the database yet.
This commit added the sign up page and create profile page. This is needed to allow backend (Rami, and Abhi) to be able to integrate the front to the back properly and allow for testing.
