add: Fields to settings page created fields for notifications, light mode, and to edit passwords (in progress)
change: added fields to the settings page, before it was a basic blank page. the Users can edit all settings options.
This commit added fields to the settings page, the page still need to be connected to the database.
Addresses tasks: 1,2,3,4 but still in progress for task 5,6,7.
