時區需要固定在 UTC+8 #37

如果不是跟台灣同時區的話，會看到奇怪的日期(・ω・)ノ

IMO, it should display local and Taipei time if local time is different from UTC+8.

If there will be a live stream, local time can helps online participants know when to watch stream or chat on IRC. Taipei time can help offline participants know when to take sessions.

這應該是 feature 不同時區就可以知道哪時觀看吧...

@yoyo930021 但仍然需要臺北時間來讓遠道而來的人知道（臺北）當時大概是什麼時候，如果都是當地時間的話，出發前看時刻表就一點意義都沒有了
