[FR] 使用 Google Forms 作為志工申請加入的審核方式 #104

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

目前志工招募時，有包含幾個問題：

  1. 只能在說明中輸入希望報名者填寫的內容，而且只能全部填在說明中。
  2. 沒有辦法關閉申請，到截止後仍有申請。

若使用 Google Forms，可能就可以解決以上問題，而無須額外設計表單等系統。

可以由系統創建表單，給予組長編輯權限。 系統再結合表單回應，對應至信箱，找到申請內容。

Describe alternatives you've considered

  1. 自行設計系統，讓申請可以自行新增欄位。
  2. 至少設計關閉申請的功能，防止截止後仍有申請，造成尷尬的局面。
