身為志工，我希望在撥款完成後，看到撥款時間，方便核對金額

功能驗證

在 我的申請單：

  1. 如果是出款中的項目，可以看到預計出款日期，以及總金額
  2. 如果是已撥款的項目，可以看到出款日期，以及總金額
  3. 同一批出款的申請單，放在同一組顯示
