目前平台使用者須一項一項掃描每個任務的內容並選定可承接的任務，除了按照組別 tag，或許可以提供其他快速瀏覽的方案。

預期結果

可依據平台使用者的個人特質推薦相關任務

修正

  1. 平台使用者可在個人資料設定自身技能或特質
  2. 讓開設志工任務的人關聯符合該項任務所需的技能或特質
  3. 建議一個區塊顯示與該平台使用者技能或特質的任務
