Modifications

改用 mongo:4 以期修正 M1 上的編譯問題
使用 Docker Volume 增強各平台路徑的相容性
與其寫一堆 ADD/COPY，不如在 .dockerignore 做白名單
移除 no-cache=true 設定項，最大化使用 Docker 快取
最佳化 Docker 的運作邏輯
