Next Payu release will break our configurations #170

The next release of Payu (>1.1.3) includes breaking changes I made to the access-om3 model driver that are required to run with generic tracers. Specifically, the inputs directory has been renamed to INPUT (from input). This is because unfortunately INPUT is hardcoded in some parts of FMS that are used by generic tracers.

We'll need to update our configs once this is released.

Note there are hardcoded paths in https://github.com/COSIMA/om3-scripts/tree/main/data_stream_xml_generation that will need to be changed
