Configuration comparison table #211

It could be good to add a comparison table to the configuration READMEs to make it easier for developers to spot configuration mismatches and so users can easily see the differences between configurations.

I'll post a PR to show what I mean.

We should also add comparisons to https://github.com/ACCESS-NRI/access-om3-wav-configs/tree/1deg_jra55do_ryf and also copy the comparison table to https://github.com/ACCESS-NRI/access-om3-wav-configs

We should also include comparisons to @kieranricardo's ACCESS-CM3 configs to make it easier to check everything is in sync.
