Conservative vs potential temperature #47

My understanding is that a decision has to be made whether to use conservative or potential temperature as the prognostic temperature in MOM.

MOM6 T/S initialisation requires potential temperature, but I think ACCESS-OM2 uses conservative temperature.

Ping @aekiss to correct what I've got wrong and provide additional context/info.
