It seems like with this kind of change we'd also want to move this repository to cosima/cosima-cookbook, move the documentation site similarly, and I guess deprecate/rename the existing cookbook?
Ideally yes, but I was worried that if we rename the repo to a name that another repo already exists, then all the links to issues will be messed up...
A link in the forum say to the issue #100 of cosima-recipes will be pointing to the issue 100 of the what is not the cosima-cookbook repo. Right??
To avoid that mess we thought to do the rebranding but don't rename the repos. What do you think? (Perhaps continue this discussion in https://github.com/COSIMA/cosima-recipes/issues/422?)
I like the rebranding Navid! We should remember to update the Readme once we are done collating documentation #419 too.
You like but don't formally approve? Is there a reservation for that? No worries if you just wanted to put the feels out there :)
(I'll make sure we get 2 approvals for this one..)
OK. I’ll merge and if we understand that it’s not gonna make a mess to do what @angus-g suggests we’ll do it in a different PR.
@angus-g do you know why don't the new docs show up?
All examples are called "Recipes". The collection of examples is called a "Cookbook".
