Fixing bug in Hovmoller_Temperature_Depth #466

I've added a 3-dimensional cell area here, so that when averaged horizontally we get a cell area which depend on vertical position (essential for accurate calculation of deep temperature trends).

Also made a few minor changes, including upgrading to intake.
