Use date-based indexing to access forcing rather than integers #8

This issue will modify MATM so that forcing data is selected based on the current date rather than a start date and a counter.

This will simplify the code and reduce likelihood of date related bugs. It will also:

This is no longer relevant given move to YATM which does use date-based indexing.
