fixed typos in paths
new bathymetry (and exchange grid) interpolated from GEBCO2022 where bays near northern boundary are filled with land
new runoff
still using old initial conditions and boundary forcing from ACCESS-OM2-01 RYF

@angus-g are you happy for us to merge Christina's latest 1/20th config into this branch, so we can share with Rui?

On another note, perhaps we should make the names of the branches in this repo a bit more intuitive.
