COSMIC generates very tight-orbit NS+HeWD systems that are mostly from AIC SNe. #488

This is run with cosmic3.3 and its default ini file from Github. The purpose of this run is to produce the observed Mc-Pb relationship observed in field pulsar-HeWD binary systems. However, most of the final systems are in the lower-left straight line, only a few hundred are matching the observed systems. And most of the systems in the straight line are AIC NSs probably formed from mass transfer in double WD binaries. Their tight orbits are from more than one CE before the NSs even formed.
