This PR is designed to change how we handle mergers between MS + MS binaries. If the binary goes into unstable mass transfer we assume that the merger of the two MS stars results in a single MS star in the kstar2 spot with perfect mass conservation.
I also commented out some lines that reset the primary mass to it's pre-RLO mass after the merger since they have been confusing people.
